Each year Shore Incentives coordinates several conferences of hundreds of attendees from the initial planning through conference management to final budget and client surveys. The management side of the online registration system offers maximum control to conference organizers. From a secure log in, administrators may view data from two interrelated perspectives: that of the group and of an individual.

To display this quantity of data, the desktop is organized into tabbed pages by category: group, individual, flights, hotel, etc. An administrator may filter all pages for a particular group and individual with quick pull-down jump menus. Data can be shared selectively with the client through clearly organized and color-coded reports sortable in a number of ways. All activity on the site is also logged for response tracking.

Our client wanted to have this information literally at their fingertips while on site. So we developed a version of the completely operable database accessible on broadband wireless handheld devices from anywhere within range of a cell phone network.
